Look at how many guys were at sparring

We had a big day with the crew from Albuquerque sparring as well. Coach Amal ran practice. These were the 185lbs and up and the lighter weights had jus as many guys.

Check out what my wife got me for Father's Day!

It's just a little something to hold me over for the summer while my Chevelle is built. It was initially going to be ready in the spring, but now it will be unveiled at SEMA in November. This is a '99 Firebird Formula with the LS1 motor, cold air intake and a 9" Moser rear end. It's pretty fast but my Chevelle will smoke it!

What am I running from here?

Training with Loren. This is what we call a "resisted run" sprint where I sprint down the hall with someone holding me back. Just don't pull the green rip cord! (it releases the attachment and I go flying into the wall like a rock from a slingshot)
