Thanks to GMPP and all other sponsors of my car (I will put the list up as soon as I get it).

Dr Jamie Meyer talks about Skrape's and my new engines.

Thanks to Dr. Meyer, GMPP & the rest of the sponsors!

Video of my Chevelle!

Revving the engine. Most of the pics and videos I got are on my good camera so I'll put those up later. Now I'm headed back to Denver for sparring!

First picture of my Chevelle!!

Ok so here is a pic I was able to steal before the sheet was taken off my car. This thing is a beast!! It's a hand made custom LSX 376 small block engine with an LS9 supercharger on top! The boost is currently set to 8psi and can go up to 20psi. Dr Meyer said it gets 650hp and 650ftlbs torque and at 1800rpm it gets 600ftlbs torque. He said it's capable of over a thousand horsepower but he wants me to get used to it first. Don't worry if you don't understand, basically it's faster than I'll ever need and could tow a house! Everything on this car is beautiful and the iPhone camera doesn't do it justice. Just wait for some real pics and video... I want to thank Dr Meyer of General Motors (GMPP) for making my dream car possible! Also I will put a full build sheet up at some point.

Guess who's car this is!!

YEAAAAHHH that's right!!! It's an artists rendering of what will soon come. I decided to go with the custom orange over the matte black for several reasons: 1) I heard matte paint jobs are hard to wax and take care of. 2) Black is a very common sports car color. 3) Black is hot in the summer. 4) The orange is custom, but will look classic at the same time and I love it. Thanks to everyone for their input on the paint. It was even across the board so I couldn't go wrong.

Check out what's going on the Chevelle now!

What kind you ask?!! Hahaha! Well let's just say it will be posi-tively amazing. Ok, dumb joke.

Coming off the frame

Oh yeah! The work officially started on my Chevelle. Here it is being taken apart. Man I can't wait!!

Shane/ 70 Chevelle

Today before sparring, @ShaneCarwin came in and everyone cheered! It was awesome and we are so proud of him! Then we had very tough sparring and I was shot afterwards. On the drive home, we saw a 70 Chevelle driving by, we turned around and caught it at the gas station. The guy lives in my neighborhood!

'70 Chevelle

My suspension came in this week! Looks like we will be starting soon on the restoration. I'm off to Tristar now.

72 Chevelle SS!!

AWWW YEAH!!! Here's my car. It's a 72 SS. I'm going to do a resto-mod style rebuild of this car. We are actually going to convert the front end to look like a 70 Chevelle SS (new head lights, fenders and grill). The car is going to have many modifications including all 4 disc brakes, custom suspension, and a beast of a motor. I'll cover the restoration on my blog as much as possible.

Busy Day

Hey all. I've had a very busy day today. First, I trained this morning at 10. We sparred about 8 rounds. I only did Boxing since my knee is a little banged up. Then I went home to my beautiful daughter and wife. It was Emmalie's birthday party today. She's turning 10. We had a dozen kids over and played games all day. It was a blast, but exhausting. We cleaned up when everyone left and now we are tyring to unwind a little. I need to call a guy about a car I might buy. It's a '70 Chevelle with a 454. That's all for now.

Wow that's a lot of Power

This morning we trained at Grudge Training Center and sparred three rounds of Boxing and three rounds of Kickboxing. It's 4 o'clock and I just got done looking at cars. I looked at two 71 Chevelles. Both were SS and one had a 502ci crate motor. That would be nice but this one was out of my price range. Now I am headed to a BBQ at Eliot Marshall's house to celebrate his recent victory.
