This morning we practiced and did 4 rounds Kickboxing and several rounds MMA along with half guard technique from Coach Easton. Then I went to lunch with Tessa. I'm still sick so will probably sit out tonight since several of my teammates are as well. Here's a funny video from the Pride days.
